I had an appointment in Sept 9 and was told the appointment for a window replacement would be 3 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when they were done after about an hour and fifteen minutes. Everything was explained thoroughly and the technician and front desk reception were kind and helpful. This was at the Auburn Wa location. I have heard bad reviews about some locations so I was worried but am very satisfied with the service I received! Great job!

The installer (Justice) who replaced the windshield was on time, professional and very friendly along with being accommodating. Both the wife and I were very pleased with the work he did and how friendly he was.
