I was able to get an appointment literally the next day! The Safelite tech stayed in communication with us the morning of the replace and when he was actually to be at our home. My wife stated that he was very pleased to work in a well illuminated clutter free garage. The windshield was done with nice precision and great cleanup! Sam helped me fix my water leak without charging me a dime for his help. My Mazda has a leak in the trunk and I thought I needed a new back window. But he took the time to help me determine the cause of my issue which wasn’t the window at all! Other glass companies that I contacted didn’t ask why I needed the replacement just offered a quote. The help I was provided was much appreciated! He saved me hundreds of dollars and took the time to get online and even sent me the videos via text so I know what to do, which is just a simple taillight gasket! I definitely recommend Safelite!
