Tiny little chip, smaller than a dime, now a couple inch crack. . . free of charge. . . wow!! Can't get thru to a person at the location on the phone no matter what! Utter disappointment! Thanks for taking advantage of my daughter who brought the vehicle in as a favor to me. Making the chip bigger, not calling me when it happened nor telling her until the fill was complete, what awesome customer service! You all were to supposed to help, not make it worse. No charge tells me you all know you made it worse. . . I have always recommended Safelite, maybe a different location. . .

The repair process is an attempt to save the integrity of the glass. At times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; the paying party will be reimbursed the full repair amount, if you paid for the repair out of pocket, that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield.
