My service was such a great experience. My technician me and when looking at the windshield, let me know that the cowl under the wipers needed to be replaced. I was able to find one and get it to him while he was replacing the windshield. He did such a wonderful job on the installation. He was so detailed with every aspect of the removal and replacement. So very thankful for his excellent workmanship!

The side panel on the front windshield of my vehicle has come off multiple times since I had my windshield replaced by Safelite. They replaced it twice and it happened again. When I took the vehicle to Safelite, the Manager saw the carwash sticker on my windshield and immediately pointed to it and said that was the cause of the problem and refused to honor the warranty. I had taken my vehicle to the carwash a hundred times before I had the windshield replaced with zero issues, but now all of the sudden after the windshield is replaced the car wash is ripping a piece of my vehicle off? The piece only came off after taking it on the freeway at 80mph so it sounds like more of an install problem. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and lack of ownership from the Manager, who just walked away as we were talking. All I wanted was for my vehicle be restored to the same condition as it was before the windshield was replaced by Safelite. I would recommend going elsewhere for your windshield needs.
