I’ve heard the commercials so when I needed to replace my windshield, I called Safelite. I also compared pricing locally and they came in $100 under their competitors and offered upgraded service options. The tech, Chris, who came out was efficient and kind, even in the SC summer heat. I’m a 1st time customer but would call them again if I need another replacement.

I was extremely disappointed with my Safelite experience. I was canceled on two times and was told I would be first on the list two times and that message was not relayed to my shop. I ended up having to set aside three full days and did not get services until around 5 PM at night the communication between the online phone number and the exact shops needs to be improved.
