Both my son and I have been trying for 2 days to get thru and speak to a live person. Finally, the last straw was when I thought I would me contact. . . . . the automated system said, No one is available and HUNG UP THE PHONE! Gosh, I wish I would have brought the car somewhere else!

Everyone at the West WT Harris safelite location was awesome. They were very friendly and did a great job installing my replacement windshield. There is a TV to watch and WiFi in the waiting room so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited.

Had 10AM appointment. Dropped car off a few minutes ago before 10 and was told would take 3 hours or a little more to replace windshield. I said I would come back to pick up car. A little after the three hours received text that they just started that repair. Tried to call and finally got thru - was told they were finishing up calibration and should be ready in about 20 minutes. No reason why was taking so long. After about another 45 minutes went to pick up car. Was not ready and again was told my just starting calibration - again! Had to leave car overnight - so a 3 hour appointment turned into 24 hours. Customer service lacking. However, the quality of the work was outstanding.
