Still waiting to hear from them sad when you contact them and even the 800 number feeds you a line of bs. oh im gonna get the manager an his boss to contact you and im sending you a email with their information. what a fricking joke. why aren't you replying? because you know that your tech messed up? send me a picture of the dash I'll circle the damage that was there and then send you a current picture of the new damage from your installment. I know my dash had a crack but not like it has now in a totally different area. Wish we still lived in the days where a persons word was like bond it meant something. Not nowdays.

Scheduling was pretty easy, all 3 techs were great at calling to give a heads up when they were heading my direction, the 2 techs did a good job installing, fairly quickly, the last tech could've did a little better job cleaning up the black adhesive, little smeared in the passenger windshield inside and got a little on my passenger leather seat. The 2nd tech was up front when he noticed a small chip in the bottom center windshield and performed a stress test and it cracked, and compketed before tearing out my windshield, told me without just ignoring it and installing the windshield. Payment process was fairly easy as well.

Was impressed with the service received, only downfall was scheduled for morning received a call to change to afternoon as they had alot of morning appts scheduled. the plastic cover to hide the wires on the rearview mirror was broke while reinstalling it, they called to let the office know said that a part would be ordered they would fix it but yet nothing was said about it on the reciept so i have to wonder.
