I had Safelite replace my windshield after setting up the appointment. I had it scheduled for Tuesday but because they could not get a part I had the appointment changed. I opted to have it done in my driveway at home . The tech called and text to confirm the time and location. The tech Brian aka,(Jamaica) as he known. Showed up full of good energy and assured the installation would be easy as if it was his own truck. He covered the interior and exterior of the vehivlcle to prepare for the installation. After he completed the job he ensured there was no litter or glass anywhere around the driveway and vehicle. it was a pleasure to have met Brian and have him work on my truck.

Safelite worked seamlessly & swiftly with my insurance company to rapidly arrange a full windshield replacement at the time & place of my choosing. EXTREMELY CONVENIENT. TECHNICIAN BRIAN IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. He showed up ahead of time & went straight to work, after explaining what he would be doing & the time frame involved. He was warm, welcoming, respectful & EXTREMELY PROFFICIENT & PROFESSIONAL. His work was IMPECCABLE & NEAT. (I do not know how much he gets paid, but it is NOT ENOUGH!!) Brian EXUDES PRIDE in his work & attention to detail, as if this was HIS business, not SAFELITE's! WELL DONE!!!!
