I will say that our technician Ryan was great. He would call and update us on his status. I would recommend him again. The call center was awful. I had to repeat my address 3 times to the guy on the phone at the call center it automatically sends you to, and it was still wrong on my order. then he scheduled me with someone that was unavailable that day, so we had to reschedule. My husband called the number we were given and asked to be transferred to the store, once we talked to someone there it was great, i don't know why you can't just call the store you want and talk to a reliable person.

Communication from the tech was great and he was on time and friendly. Glass replacement was fast and done well, he gave me instructions before leaving for tape and days to wait to wash my vehicle.
