Easy to use App. Schedules service on Sunday & had an appointment for Monday. Scheduled appt. for 9am, got there at 8:15am. Was greeted by Pete (Tech. working the desk). He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. He inspected the 2 chips on my 2025 Cadillac XT6 windshield & said they could repair these chips. Adam (Tech. ) started repairs within 15 mins. He was also very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. The repairs were completed in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the service & repairs. Highly recommend Safelite in Harvey, La.

Repairman contacted me, we made a time, he was there on time. He discovered that we had the wrong windshield and he rushed back to the warehouse and got the correct one and came right back. It was installed in less than an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was not outrageous. Great experience, I hopefully won't need another windshield, but if I do, Safelight will be my first call.
