Very poor precaution on broken glass removal. Tech stuck a piece of cardboard under truck while removing glass. Glass pieces hit cardboard and bounced all over gravel driveway. I’m sure kids and dogs will be finding glass for years to come. Not impressed

I dropped my car off at Safelite had it fixed very quickly. The only thing that I think could have been done better was the windshield wiper reinstallation. The windshield wiper on the passenger side was not reinstalled correctly. When I had to use my wipers the driver side wiper worked, but the passenger side wiper would not turn because it had not been securely screwed back down fully.
