Although the replacement appeared good after completion, there were a couple of negatives. The line for the windshield washer was was not reconnected and the washer did not function. My son-in-law recognized the problem and reconnected it. In doing so, we discovered at least 4 connectors for the grate below the wipers were broken and not replaced. I would not rate this as an excellent job under these conditions. I do appreciate that the shop was able to do the repair within 48 hr of the damage. I did have other glass replacement at another Safelite shop and was better served.

Had the windshield replaced in a 2018 Subaru Outback and it was an excellent experience. Josh came to the house and had the job done quickly. Super nice technician who explained everything.
