Was on our way to Galveston for our yearly cruise when a small rock came out of nowhere and hit the passenger corner of my windshield. No idea where it came from. The mark was pebble sized but caused a crack to run along the front passenger side of the windshield. We had no time to fix as we were parking the vehicle for a week and jumping on a ship. After a relaxing cruise we came back and then remembered the crack. only now, it had spread towards the driver side of the windshield. UGH. Being off a week from work, I wasn't going to have time to take the car in to get the windshield fixed. The I remembered the Safelite commercials. I reached out on their website and scheduled a tech to come to my work to replace the windshield. I contacted them on Monday and they were out first thing in the morning on Tuesday. The tech replaced the windshield and recalibrated it in no time. I was a bit more cautious with time when it came to putting water in the windshield. I waited a week to test water and 2 weeks to run the vehicle through a car wash. No leaks and the windshield looks great. The calibration is perfect. Safelite worked with my insurance so all I needed was to cover my deductible. The experience was great. I highly recommend their service.

At 98° temps, I didn't want Safelight to come to my parking lot to replace my windshield. I made an appointment at their office and store. The tech was under the roof, and I sat in their air-conditioned waiting room. Great job, too.
