The tech is ion was good at what he did. He was very negative. Not a fun guy. The website changed the address and there was no place on the site to change it. I tried for days . The website needs some tweaking. The repair is very good.

The windshield sprayer was broken during replacement. As bad as that is - there is NO WAY TO CONTACT a human being via Safelite. Instead you must make an online "warranty appointment" with the shop.

The overall experience was great! Filing the claim was very simple. Selecting a location to do the job was easy.
The communication from the start of my experience with Safelite was outstanding. They kept me in the loop via text alerts letting me know what to expect. They let me know which technician i can accept to arrive. When the technician was headed out my way I received a call from him. He was very nice! Ulon arrival he explained what he was going to do before completing the job to make sure I understand. He was very thorough. It was a very quick repair.
The repair itself was not what I was expecting but from what I was advised some chips will not go unnoticed. That was correct with mine. The technician did tell me I have the option to chose to replace the whole windshield if I was unhappy but it would cost me.
