My entire windshield had to be replaced, and unfortunately, a technician was not available to come to my location. While it was somewhat inconvenient to bring my vehicle to their facility, the service was completed much faster than I expected. After I had been at work for about an hour, I received notification that my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Because my windshield included advanced technology features, the recalibration process was required. I am pleased to report that everything is functioning properly and as expected.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for the technician to wipe down or clean the dashboard after the installation and recalibration are completed, as some residue or debris was left behind. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the quality of the service and the quick turnaround time.
