When I scheduled the appointment (to come to my home), there were openings available right away. The company kept in touch often with text/email updates and information about the process. I rescheduled the day before due to a good chance of rain (and I had no garage cover) with no issues for the following day. I received a call from the tech as the company said I would when he was on the way. Tyrone was super nice and went right to work, and called me to let me know he was done less than 45 minutes later. Safelite took care of dealing with the insurance for me. Honestly, it often takes more work to order/get a coffee than this did! Highly recommend!

We had our windshield replaced at home. The communication leading up to and during the appointment was great. Our technician was timely, professional, and kind. it was completed within the promised time frame, and he did a wonderful job!
