In August Safelite replaced our windshield and tried to recalibrate the cameras. They charged our insurance company and were paid. They windshield was the wrong type and the cameras were not recallibrated correctly. They did replace the windshield but were unable to callibrate the cameras. We have to have the dealer do this work and safelite said they would pay for it, except their general manager and district manager have been "on vacation" and we have not been able to get the work done. This has been going on for several months. Jon the technician has been excellent and helpful. He has done his best to help us resolve this but we still haven't heard from the manager on payment for recallibration.
