The only good thing out of this mess was the tech. He listened as I just couldn't believe my ears. When you first log into the website to put in your information on your car Your Vin number etc. which they ask basic information. They do not go in depth on your vehicle Then you get a quote. Once you get your quote you get a time and date they will be out. That day came and I waited all day for them to show up, once they came he realized he did not have the correct window. Okay I got on the phone and talked to a Brady that corrected the issue. The reason he did not have the right window was they were not told that I had lane recognition I said to the guy it wasn't asked on your website. He did not once tell me that the windshield was more money since I had already paid them for the 1st windshield that was wrong. So the day comes and windshield is installed and the tech tells me I owe more money like a lot of money. I was mad. I told him that great you do this to everyone. Get told one price charge another? That's what in the selling world is a bait and switch. I went into the house to get my credit card to pay and once I came back out he had must of talked to them because he only charged me 89,00 more rather than 399. 00. I had already paid 500. 00. FYI update your website give correct quotes by asking the right questions. Cut out the bait and switch routine. You might salvage your business This is the last time I will ever use safelight.

They set an appointment and tell you it's going to take 3 hours. 4. 5 hours later you get a phone call saying the windshield was missing a part but it doesn't look that bad so is it ok if we just leave it without that part on it. . . No, I bring you a complete car, I expect to get it back completed. Then the guy at the front desk says you have to bring it back in a week to replace that part. It should only take a few minutes. I get here today and now they have to replace the entire windshield again. . . Another 3 hours. They leave their scanners in your car and expect you to bring it back to them ASAP. I don't recommend this store. This is the 1st and last time I will ever come to this store. I feel bad for the poor Girl that now has to deal with the quality of service the techs give.
