The windshield on my 1989 Ford Ranger broke, insurance folks suggested Safelite. I was warned by the installer that he might not be able to put a new one in if there was rust on the lip the glass glues to, and he wouldn't be able to tell until the old glass was out. I agreed and he removed the broken windshield. Sure enough there was rust. I took the truck to a local body shop where they were able to remedy the rust. With the truck home the tech came back out and put the new glass in. I am very pleased with how it all turned out and will call Safelite again if I need glass replacement in a vehicle.

My windshield looks fabulous and it was cheaper than my deductible! Tyler was amazing and thorough on explaining what I should and shouldn’t do in the next 24-48 hours, He is very knowledgeable and his personality will bring then your day even if he had a bad one( I’m not sure it was bad but we talked) if I could give a him 100 star review I would, safelight needs Tyler and I’m hoping all your employees are like him
