Had my car window replaced due to a golf ball breaking it. SAFELITE was easy to schedule and staff was super nice. BUT, my windshield and roof of my car are not flush, there is a gap.

I went for the replacement windshield glass that was offered when I purchased the service online. It is not an OEM glass, but supposedly an equivalent to it. It is sufficent and has a bit of distortion to it, but my old OEM windshield had a bluesish color tint band running along the top of the windshield, the replacement glass did not. I wish Safelite would have stated that the replacement glass did not have that tint band on the top. I might have gone for an OEM replacement instead. The replacement glass is not really "equivalent" to OEM without that tint band on it.

Took my wife's car in to get the front window replaced. The whole process was easy from reservations to check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The next business day I took mine in for some warranty work. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the same level of service I received previous.
