The Safelite counter representative contacted my insurance provider, credited the repair and obtained windshield replacement approval in seconds. The mobile repair was performed the next day by a very competent, professional and experienced technician. He was friendly and paid attention to detail. Worth the extra $99 to get OEM Ford (Carlite) auto glass.
