Let me start by saying, my technician went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Rene was polite, courteous and extremely professional. He even took time to answer questions and explain the process, making sure I was comfortable with the work before he started. After that, he got to work and was done in no time. By the time he handed me back my keys, my car was looking good as new. He even took time to vacuum up inside and made sure every window was cleaned up. Isaac was not exactly on time. But he had kept me updated on the new time window, and arrived just inside it. I was the last stop of the day due to being remote from the shop. No problem really.
He did good work, left the car and the windshield very clean, and was polite and pleasant.

The technician was professional during the installation and explained what I needed to be careful about after the installation. However, the technician clearly did not clean up anything on the dashboard, leaving rubber and plastic pieces, as well as dust, on the dashboard. There was also a rubber mark left on the car's body.
