When a branch broke my windshield I got online immediately. I was able to set up the whole repair at the time it happened. It was late in the evening. The communication was impeccable. I was informed of everything that SAFELITE was doing for my replacement. I was told who my technician was going to be. I set up a time and he came to my home to do the repair. SAFELITE made sure I knew what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare. Once the tec got here, the repair took less than an hour. The tec had explained all of the do's and don'ts before leaving me with an excellent job. Thank you SAFELITE and the technician.
The hardest part was getting them to actually come and do the replacement. My appointment was rescheduled twice. When the technician did arrive he was quick and professional. I can't hold him responsible for the scheduling mishap that was the office's issue
