I am VERY happy with the job that Thomas did installing my windshield. I have a 1979 Ford F-250 and being that it is a classic vehicle, the windshield was considerably more difficult to install. They came out to my home which is about 2 hours away from their shop. Thomas was a true professional and he got the job done extremely quick! I've been dealing with Safelite since around 2011 when I had some windshield work done on another one of my rigs. Also, the cost was extremely reasonable. I expected to pay a lot more for my windshield and was pleasantly surprised with the cost. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing a good glass company to install their automotive glass needs. Any future glass work that I might need will be going directly to them.

The glass replacement and doing it at our home was great. The tech was nice, but lacked specific knowledge of the various service options. We ordered the premium which included wiper blade replacement. The tech was not aware that was an option. He did clarify with us and his office support person, making the appropriate changes in the final charge. The service includes a glass recycle fee of $39. 99, which was frustrating because 90% of the glass was already busted out and cleaned up and the tech left a fair amount of glass strewn about on our driveway, which I cleaned up.
