This was all-around the best automotive repair experience I've had in the SLC area. Walking into the store was much better than fighting through all the safelite. com menus to get the right model, glass and appointment. Just showed up and 5 minutes later had an appointment on the day and at the time I wanted.
Alex was friendly and professional from the time I rolled into the parking lot. He did a great job explaining the procedure, asked if I had any questions and made the drop-off so easy.
Within the timeframe I was given, and with a text notification, I was informed that the car was ready to be picked up. Last minute I requested the rain repell treatment be put on the new windshield and Alex didn't blink, didn't balk. He just said it'll be done before you get here. And it was.
The shop in Sandy on 114th is great. Highly recommended. These guys are to most auto shops in the area what Trader Joes is to Walmart. They do a great job at a great price and make you feel like customers actually are important.

I took a stone from a dirt hauler and within a day the chip grew to eighteen inches. Farmer's ins. indicated I could use any windshield replacement service but I chose Safelite and glad I did. The tech was friendly and professional, and his time estimates to complete the work were accurate. I don't think I would even bother considering another windshield replacement company!

Everything from beginning to end was awesome with Safelite. David gave me a call and was on time to replace My windshield. Good guy and very knowledgable. The gentleman that checked me out over the phone was great. Made sure my insurance covered everything and took a charge off that was not suppose to be there. Great team, Great Company!
