Orlando was our technician and was absolutely wonderful. We were given a window off 8am to 1 pm for the service call. Orlando called us around 8:15 to introduce himself and let us know we would be his second call, probably between 11 and 12. He later let us know he would be here by 11:30. He was prompt, professional and personable when he arrived. He explained everything he was going to do as he was setting up his equipment and coving the seats of the car to protect them from falling glass. He told us how long to expect the job to take. When he was done, he called us outside to show us the windshield. He has completely vacuumed out the car, blew out the heater and air conditioner vents (we had shattered glass everywhere), and cleaned up the driveway around the car and his work area. He explained how long to let the car sit before driving it and how long to wait before taking it through a car wash. He even suggested waiting an extra day to drive the car if we could because there was a lot of road construction going on in and around our neighborhood. He finished about half an hour earlier than he thought he would and encourages us to call him if we had any issues or questions. Orlando was absolutely great and I would highly recommend him and a Safelite to anyone. He was a pleasure to have around.

Not only was my windshield replaced but it also had to be reprogramed as there were important electronics embedded in it. Interesting, who knew??? The technician made it all look so easy. Great job!

I brought my SUV to the Waterbury location. Jocelyn is the manager and although she didn't help me specifically she runs a really nice shop. All the employees were happy and willing to help and I believe it is because of her. She was very personable and great with customers. David was my technician. He was quick professional and sis a clean job. I will always take my vehicle to Waterbury Safelite.

My car was scheduled and then rescheduled. On the day of installation I was informed that the tech couldn't install the mirror because it had to set. I was told he was coming back and here it is days later and I still don't have a finished job. Tried calling, texting and getting no response from anyone!!
