I called the Webster Safelite and a woman answered and she was absolutely super! She made the process so easy and went above and beyond to help me and get me the best deal. I am so grateful to her and she is a true asset to the company! She deserves a raise! My car was scheduled for the following day and Sammy was the technician. He showed up at the scheduled appointment time after his previous appointments . He kept me updated the whole time and finished my car very quickly. All I did was hand him the keys and an hour later it’s done! Another excellent employee! I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you Safelite!

Nicholas arrived earlier than expected which was great for us. He explained exactly what he would be doing, how long it could take , and let us know about our easy tag and license sticker before I even asked.
