Tech called with an arrival time. Upon arrival explained process and time estimate. When done. Informed customer what occurred and timeline for removal of tape, time before vehicle operation and time before vehicle wash. Also handled payment. The Tech was awesome!!!!

This was my first time using Safelite for a windshield replacement. The tech that did tge work obviously knew what he was doing and was very Professional. I would recommend Safelite for a windshield replacement to anyone. I'm hoping I won't need to use them again in the future because that would mean I need another windshield. But if needed I would use them again.
