I recently shattered the rear window in my Subaru Forester. I was dreading contacting my insurance and setting up an appointment to get it replaced. It happened on the Saturday so I figured nothing would happen until Monday to get the ball rolling. But I went to the Safelite website and was able to schedule the appointment for at home service and they contacted my insurance and got everything in place for the repair to take place on the upcoming Tuesday. The gentleman that did the work was extremely professional and very pleasant and polite. The whole experience was easy and efficient. I highly recommend Safelite for window replacement.

One of my trucks took a rock to the windshield, and it cracked across the driver's side 8-10 inches. I went to my insurance company website and was directed to Safelite. It was very easy to use and schedule. When I went to the appointment, the staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The office area was clean and comfortable while I waited, and the appointment was quick. This was a good experience.
